Senior AI Engineer

hirify.global builds payment orchestration infrastructure that helps companies access payment capabilities and operate in global markets.

What you will do

• Build and deploy scalable AI products using large language models for hirify.global’s payment orchestration platform.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance use cases.
• Integrate AI features with payment systems, RESTful APIs, third-party platforms, and core services.
• Analyze user interaction and payment data to improve models and product performance.
• Research emerging LLM, prompt engineering, and related AI technologies.
• Apply data privacy regulations and AI ethics best practices to AI solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience and a track record of building and deploying LLM-powered products.
• Extensive prompt engineering experience, including designing, testing, and optimizing prompts.
• Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API integration, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS, and semantic search.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
