Location: On-site within travel distance of offices in Amsterdam, Breda or Tilburg, Netherlands

What you will do

• Complete a thesis internship or voluntary internship project in AI, data or technology.
• Work alongside experienced colleagues on a meaningful project aligned with your studies and hirify.global priorities.
• Contribute to AI Agents handling real customer conversations.
• Support AI recommendation systems that help brands reach customers at the right moment.
• Help advance internal AI adoption across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program and seeking a thesis internship, or seeking a voluntary internship alongside studies.
• Available from February 2027 for a minimum of 20 weeks.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Located within travel distance of an office in Amsterdam, Breda or Tilburg.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
