What you will do

• Evolve shared frontend infrastructure including design systems, component libraries, and data-fetching layers.
• Build and maintain AI-powered internal CLI tools and workflows to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Lead large-scale architectural migrations across web and mobile codebases.
• Enhance release automation, CI/CD pipelines, and QA tooling.
• Maintain backend-for-frontend services and drive performance improvements.
• Mentor engineering peers through code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in both React and React Native.
• Strong background in building developer tooling or shared infrastructure.
• Experience driving large-scale, ambiguous projects end-to-end.
• Comfort with CI/CD, release engineering, and testing frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Active contributions to open-source ecosystems like Wagmi, Viem, or Next.js.
• Experience building developer tools with LLMs.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
• Prior experience in the crypto/Web3 industry.
