Frontend Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship a React component library and design system integrated with a custom CMS.
• Develop and document reusable, accessible components for dynamic content management across the .com platform.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI implementations in close collaboration with Design.
• Establish frontend coding standards, architectural patterns, documentation, and development best practices.
• Optimize component performance, accessibility, and developer experience across multiple teams.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions, process improvements, and frontend strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience focused on web and component-driven applications.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, advanced CSS, responsive UI, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Experience building design systems or component libraries at scale.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as webpack or Vite, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, frontend testing, and CMS integration.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility and UI/UX best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and availability to work remotely from one of the listed countries.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
• Experience with TypeScript in a large codebase.
• Experience mentoring engineers on component architecture and best practices.
