Senior Frontend Developer (Vue)

Location: Hybrid in San Juan, Puerto Rico; authorization to work in the United States required

What you will do

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex frontend features using Vue.js.
• Make technical decisions about frontend architecture, component design, state management, and reactive data patterns.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Mentor and train developers on Vue.js, frontend best practices, and reactive development.
• Contribute across the full stack when needed, with a primary focus on frontend development.
• Develop and support cloud-based applications in AWS environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Significant recent hands-on Vue.js experience in a senior-level role.
• Experience designing and implementing complex frontend applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, component architecture, and reactive programming.
• Experience making frontend architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and providing technical leadership.
• Authorization to work in the United States and fully bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend performance optimization, testing, and modern build tools.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.
