Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Vue)

Location: On-site in New York City, United States

Salary: $188,000–$242,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather requirements and partner with team leads to deliver clean, effective, on-brand user experiences.
• Implement designs with a high level of fidelity across internal and public-facing web applications.
• Research design patterns and propose technical solutions to web UI and UX challenges.
• Code, test, and deploy modern frontend web applications.
• Help hire, mentor, and develop the growing frontend engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend development experience.
• Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one frontend framework such as Vue or React.
• Working knowledge of at least one server-side language, such as Ruby, Python, or Golang.
• Experience building reliable, modular, customer-facing applications.
• Ability to design with performance and security in mind.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue 3, Vite, PostCSS, Playwright, Node, Fastify, Golang, MySQL, AWS, and Git.
