Manufacturing Engineer (Electric Motors)

hirify.global’s NEMA Motors Division manufactures electric NEMA motors across seven global manufacturing locations, producing more than 1.6 million motors annually.

What you will do

• Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost performance, and operational efficiency.
• Define, validate, and approve manufacturing processes and equipment against production requirements, project objectives, and investment targets.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, including testing, qualification, supplier selection, and approval.
• Support production start-up and process deployment through troubleshooting, action planning, and training for maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience preferred, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D prototyping tools.
• Experience applying technology to improve manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong project management and technical writing skills, including experience with Gantt charts, critical path method, cost estimation, and budgeting.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
• Experience winding industrial electric motors.
