Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Coordinate successful New Product Introduction launches within Operations.
• Improve manufacturing processes, product quality, material flow, information flow, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model lines and value streams.
• Implement process improvement policies, procedures, documentation, demand-driven strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and optimize area layouts, processes, equipment, programs, tooling, systems, and controls.
• Collaborate with shop floor personnel and cross-functional teams to implement improvements and achieve customer fulfillment goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 1–3 years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Proficiency in CAD, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methods.
• Experience leading projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and working in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and priority-management skills.
