Technical Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Singapore, Central Singapore

hirify.global develops next-generation cleaning robots and manages their transition from prototype through production and post-launch sustaining.

What you will do

• Drive sprint planning, progress tracking, blocker resolution, standups, and status reporting across engineering teams.
• Coordinate Autonomy, Software, Mechanical, Embedded, and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, escalations, mitigation plans, resource allocation, and critical-path delivery.
• Coordinate EV, DV, and PV validation gates and production release sign-offs.
• Lead NPI coordination and product handover to supply chain management, Quality, and the contract manufacturer.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans, own P&L responsibility and business cases, and transition products to the sustaining team after launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience for hardware products.
• Experience managing cross-functional mechanical, electrical, software, and embedded engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with hardware development processes, including NPI and validation gates.
• Proven record of delivering complex products on time.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in sectors served by hirify.global.
