Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite, permanent full-time

What you will do

• Assist with the delivery of a wide range of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, participate in key meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes, supporting improvements with the client.
• Act as a visible onsite participant, assess progress, and help ensure safe work practices.
• Prepare weekly action plans for critical activities and follow up with stakeholders through completion.
• Review variations and delays and coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, and contractor.

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management with exposure to MEP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage priorities and deadlines.
• Project management professional certification or an intention to pursue one.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore.
