Base pay: $129,978–$169,694 in Zone C, $140,940–$184,005 in Zone B, or $156,600–$204,450 in Zone A; additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for reliable, accessible analytical workflows.
• Develop data products and an AI context layer that enables scalable analytics and safe data access.
• Build canonical datasets and high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines using data lake and data warehousing concepts.
• Partner with finance, data engineering, sales systems, and other cross-functional teams to identify data inconsistencies and improve source accuracy.
• Perform sizing analyses, impact assessments, source-data investigations, and QA for infrastructure changes, launches, bug fixes, and feature releases.
• Own core system data transformations and remove manual processes through automation and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and data modeling, including designing scalable and consistent data models.
• Proficiency in a quantitative programming language, preferably Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker and with self-service analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Ability to structure complex problems, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver reliable systems with measurable business impact.
