Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid; San Francisco or Mountain View, United States, with hiring possible in any country where hirify.global has a legal entity

Base pay in the United States: $159,858–$251,450 annually depending on geographic pay zone. The role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Craft AI experiences for Rovo, hirify.global’s flagship AI product experience.
• Collaborate across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and other products on applied AI capabilities.
• Design AI with AI and enable the design organization to use AI effectively.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create a unified view of hirify.global’s AI capabilities.
• Work with engineers, product managers, content designers, researchers, marketing experts, and analysts to advocate for user experience and ship high-quality work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise-level software.
• Previous experience designing applied AI product experiences such as search, AI chat, and agents.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
• Strong craft and systems thinking, including integrating work across multiple teams and synthesizing feedback.
• Experience facilitating design discussions and improving design processes and methodologies.
