Lead Product Manager (HCM)

Location: Sunrise, Florida, United States

Salary: $129,500–$186,100 base pay per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Shape and deliver scalable global HR capabilities for organizations with complex, multinational workforces.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, User Experience, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer and market insights into scalable product solutions.
• Evaluate technical, customer, and business tradeoffs for enterprise SaaS capabilities.
• Drive alignment and structure across ambiguous product challenges and complex dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience in a technology-driven organization.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products and building products for global or multinational customers.
• Ability to independently lead complex initiatives and influence Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture on complex technical topics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach to solving meaningful product problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCM, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent enterprise software.
• Experience launching or expanding enterprise software across multiple countries or regions.
• Knowledge of global HR, localization, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with enterprise data, APIs, integrations, shared platforms, or large-scale SaaS architectures.
• Experience with product modernization, platform transformation, customer migrations, competitive analysis, or large enterprise customers.
