Principal Product Designer (Rovo & AI)

Location: Remote; hiring is available in any country where hirify.global has a legal entity. The team is primarily based in Australia and the west coast of North America.

Salary: $221,400–$289,050 in US Zone A; $199,260–$260,145 in Zone B; $183,762–$239,912 in Zone C.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design direction for Rovo and AI experiences across hirify.global products.
• Apply systems thinking to complex relationships between products, channels, features, and customer experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept through execution, connecting outcomes to customer value.
• Drive design reviews and critiques while coaching designers and maintaining cohesive AI experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, content, marketing, and analytics teams to align AI capabilities.
• Define success metrics and identify opportunities to improve products and accelerate AI and search experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise-level software.
• Experience creating strategic organization-wide design programs affecting multiple delivery teams.
• Strong end-to-end UX and product design experience for challenging problems.
• Strong visual and interaction design, storytelling, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with design systems, qualitative and quantitative success measurement, and process improvement.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
