What you will do

• Support the Program Manager of Record with cost, schedule, and performance management across Government contracts.
• Plan, coordinate, track, and execute corporate processes and suspense actions.
• Manage the creation, tracking, and completion of Contract Data Requirements List deliverables and records.
• Consolidate contract activity reports and prepare accurate CDRL deliverables, briefings, and presentations.
• Analyze data from tracking systems to create actionable charts and support senior program management meetings.
• Coordinate travel approvals, financial tracking, funding status, and recommendations with financial managers.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of relevant professional experience, including three years within the Department of Warfighting.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• Experience in Department of Warfighting Acquisition Program Offices, Program Management, or Department of Warfighting Configuration Management practices.
• Experience with Government CDRL processes and the ability to use Microsoft products, AI tools, and electronic systems to create and deliver program documentation.
