Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

Annual salary: $155,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Own the host side of the marketplace, including onboarding, activation, listing quality, messaging, availability, and scheduling tools.
• Research host businesses, workflows, pain points, competitors, and market trends through user conversations, data, and customer experience insights.
• Translate research into solutions that balance host needs, guest experience, and overall marketplace health.
• Define, instrument, and improve the metrics that measure product and business outcomes.
• Align CX, Supply Operations, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout development.
• Present strategic options, influence executives, and drive cross-functional teams through execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a two-sided marketplace, ideally on the supply side.
• Experience shipping products that improved marketplace dynamics and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong customer research, product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, CX, and Supply Operations.
• Confidence presenting recommendations, influencing executives, and giving and receiving direct feedback.
