Senior Staff Product Manager (Estimates)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 plus equity, with the specific amount based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and strategy across the Estimates experience, including templates, pricing, and estimate workflows.
• Own a quarterly product roadmap and balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
• Lead alignment across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Price Book, Jobs, and Customers.
• Write complete requirements, resolve edge cases, maintain product documentation, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Use research, user testing, and data-driven insights to improve the user experience and business impact.
• Shape the AI direction for Estimates and mentor developing product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex product initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency or output quality.
• Ability to align adjacent product domains and business functions without owning every product surface.
• Experience working with detail-oriented remote engineering teams, including limited time zone overlap, and writing edge-case-aware requirements.
• Expertise with growth stack tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or LaunchDarkly, plus knowledge of agile development, product strategy, and user experience practices.

• Experience with pricing, quoting, or estimating workflows in field service, construction, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience mentoring and developing product managers.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and asynchronous environments.
