Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (Massachusetts)

Location: Massachusetts, remote with a hybrid schedule: 75% virtual and 25% community-based

Salary: $95,000–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Triage behavioral health needs and provide short-term therapeutic interventions.
• Support members with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
• Develop care plans and provide education on behavioral health and preventive care.
• Refer members to medical, social, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services.
• Collaborate with care teams to assess escalations and determine appropriate program placement.
• Maintain engagement with high-acuity members and facilitate transitions of care.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted LICSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts is required.
• At least one year of experience after completing a master’s degree.
• Ability to provide behavioral health support in virtual and in-person settings.
• Medical clearance is required for this member-facing role, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella, plus a TB screen, unless an approved accommodation applies.
