Portfolio Therapy Director

Location: Remote, Washington

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, and educate rehabilitation teams supporting home health and hospice agencies.
• Monitor rehabilitation policies, procedures, operational guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Support staff orientation, ongoing competency, productivity management, treatment-minute accuracy, documentation, and clinical programming.
• Provide training on payer requirements, electronic documentation systems, and evidence-based clinical care.
• Help develop quality standards, performance improvement programs, customer satisfaction measures, and clinical education.
• Support recruitment, talent development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and assessment of department performance and financial results.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current and active state license, registration, or certification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a rehabilitation director in home health or a related setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and interdisciplinary communication skills.
• Ability to work with agency teams and other departments while following company policies and standards.

Nice to have

• Supervisory or administrative experience in home health and hospice care.
• Knowledge of the Medicare PPS System.
