Land Team Lead - Title

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; ability to travel overnight is required.

What you will do

• Lead, train, onboard, coach, and mentor Escrow Officers, Escrow Assistants, and other team members.
• Manage closing pipelines, workflow priorities, service levels, rush files, and operational performance.
• Resolve escalated customer, service, communication, and workflow issues.
• Monitor performance, work quality, compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, quality, service, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management and business partners on operational risks, staffing needs, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or five or more years of escrow/title agency experience.
• Previous experience supporting escrow or title operations and team leadership responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and company applications.
• Ability to travel overnight and remain seated for most of an eight-hour workday.
• Ability to work professionally, ethically, and independently when resolving operational issues.
