Title Processing Supervisor - DMP (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead a team processing vehicle titles from multiple states.
• Ensure title accuracy and marketability while handling customer inquiries.
• Establish and manage team KPIs and hold team members accountable for department goals.
• Create and implement streamlined processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Title department supervisors and processing teams to support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle title processing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or team leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and issue-escalation skills.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in improving department processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive-related customer service.
• Experience using Google Suite and Slack.
