Spares Technician

Location: Ridgeville, South Carolina, United States; fully on-site

What you will do

• Receive, stock, distribute, and count maintenance spare parts and materials.
• Process purchase orders in Oracle ERP and track deliveries, invoicing, and vendor performance.
• Maintain inventory records and create work orders in Limble CMMS.
• Identify alternative suppliers and present purchasing options for approval.
• Coordinate rental equipment scheduling, inspections, pickup, returns, and repairs.
• Document outstanding receiving activities and complete shift-end handoffs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in parts management, purchasing, stores, or a related function; equivalent maintenance technician experience is considered.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or welding systems in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience with ERP purchasing systems; Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CMMS work order and inventory management; Limble experience is preferred.
• Accurate adherence to purchasing and inventory procedures, effective communication, and reliable shift-end documentation.
