What you will do

• Gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business performance and trends.
• Support forecasting, planning, operational improvement, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Analyze workflows, identify automation and efficiency opportunities, and document current and future-state processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations for operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies and business processes.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with data querying, process mapping, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operations Research.
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools.
