What you will do
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve quality performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases for quality inspections, root cause analysis, predictive quality monitoring, risk identification, and process optimization.
- Design and maintain quality analytics dashboards, KPI scorecards, business intelligence reports, and AI-assisted analysis tools.
- Develop automated workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other digital platforms to reduce manual work and improve data accessibility.
- Lead digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
- Build quality knowledge repositories, AI-powered knowledge bases, and intelligent search capabilities while integrating quality data sources with IT and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience identifying, developing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business improvements.
- Experience with automation, digital solutions, process optimization, and business intelligence reporting.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality problem-solving practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive technology adoption and change management.
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
