Project Analyst I (Language Services)

Location: Mexico City, with remote or office working options

What you will do

• Review and validate screenshots of clinical trial interfaces and electronic clinical outcome assessment tools.
• Plan and deliver eCOA language services projects in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate translation vendors and language service providers.
• Facilitate communication among global stakeholders and support timely issue resolution.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and documentation.
• Track industry trends and technology developments relevant to screenshot validation and eCOA tools.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in eCOA or translation project management, localization, or clinical research.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
