What you will do

• Manage large-scale SaaS implementations and ongoing servicing for the Digital product portfolio.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Digital products, implementation practices, and professional services processes.
• Manage strategic and enterprise client portfolios and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Define implementation milestones and manage projects, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Align Digital strategy with broader omnichannel business objectives and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to support renewals, account growth, and repeatable customer success.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in digital environments such as websites or mobile applications.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering implementation projects against timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Strong risk management, change management, and strategic communication skills.
• Basic understanding of website functionality, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
