Junior Business Developer

Location: Global, fully remote; requires at least 4 hours of overlap between 13:00 and 21:00 CET. International travel is required.

Envar is a Sweden-based creative development and art outsourcing studio supporting game and animation studios with full-cycle art development.

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitor research for business development activities.
• Prepare paperwork, presentations, pitches, and business documentation.
• Plan and support conferences, industry events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Shadow the Head of Business Development in internal and external cross-team meetings.
• Organize BD activities and identify R&D opportunities to improve team performance.
• Provide general coordination and project management support.

Requirements

• Strong organization, initiative, curiosity, attention to detail, and a structured approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, detailed information, and coordination across teams.
• Confident written and verbal English communication.
• Interest in business development within the gaming and entertainment industry.
• Ability to build professional relationships and represent Envar at meetings and events.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in business development, project management, or account management.
• Video game industry experience or knowledge of art production pipelines.
• Experience as a service provider or with CRM and project management tools.
• Experience attending, speaking at, or organizing conferences and industry events.
• Professional working proficiency in another language.
