Senior Partner Solutions Architect (ITSM)

What you will do

• Develop enablement strategies that grow and accelerate the service management partner ecosystem.
• Build ESM solutions, blueprints, reference architectures, and other partner-facing collateral.
• Support ITSM channel partners across sourcing, pre-sales, deal execution, and post-sales delivery.
• Collaborate with partner, alliance, marketing, sales, product, and channel teams on account strategies and partner success.
• Deliver technical enablement workshops and contribute thought leadership at conferences and partner events.
• Provide market feedback to product management and identify opportunities to advance hirify.global's service management products.

Requirements

• Experience working with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting or delivery, and post-sales environments.
• Experience as an ITSM or ESM architect, including hands-on solution and reference architecture design.
• Ability to interpret complex problem statements and develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, particularly Jira Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks including IT4IT, ITIL 4, and DevOps.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and sales teams to deliver enterprise-focused solutions.
