What you will do
- Support global social media content plans and calendars for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate social assets, briefs, approvals, content libraries, and platform-specific campaign adaptations.
- Monitor brand communities, consumer sentiment, social listening insights, and cultural conversations.
- Coordinate creator and influencer content usage, approvals, performance tracking, and rights management.
- Support campaign launches, market implementation, cross-functional coordination, and operational tracking.
- Monitor engagement, reach, video views, audience growth, KPIs, and content effectiveness in regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong written communication, storytelling, organisation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data, performance tracking, and social media reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, culture, consumer behaviour, and social trends.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with social listening, analytics, and social media management tools.
