What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and ongoing development of assigned social channels.
• Build channel strategies covering audiences, content pillars, formats, publishing cadence and KPIs.
• Lead monthly and quarterly planning, translating brand, campaign and cultural priorities into social calendars.
• Identify platform trends, emerging formats and cultural opportunities, while ensuring content feels native to each channel.
• Use social listening, audience insights and performance data to improve content, formats and publishing approaches.
• Partner with creative, community, paid media and influencer teams, establish best practices and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviours and platform-native content.
• Ability to create and edit social-first content and turn ideas into publishable output.
• Proactive and confident approach to trends, creators, talent and visible participation in the creative process.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas and recommendations.
