Senior Solution Architect, Integrations (MANTL)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with platform best practices.
• Configure and deploy backend settings using JSON and Postman.
• Configure, validate, and support third-party integrations for financial institutions.
• Provide client-facing technical support and manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Account Management on enhancements, bug reports, onboarding, and post-launch support.
• Document configuration decisions, constraints, customer-specific setups, and integration playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in highly technical environments.
• Expert understanding of data integration approaches for external systems.
• Proficiency with APIs, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and backend configuration tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
• Strong written documentation, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking systems or other regulated financial systems.
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, TypeScript, Python, or developing Agents.
• Experience testing new features or participating in pre-GA validation.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
