What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products during technical evaluations and implementations.
• Support enterprise deals by demonstrating product fit, addressing technical requirements, and driving proof-of-value to completion.
• Lead land-and-expand engagements for large institutional clients, including scoping and proof-of-value demonstrations.
• Design tailored solutions based on customer workflows and business needs, coordinating with Product and Engineering for feature readiness.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and webinars and produce best-practice documentation using customer insights.
• Deliver customized technical presentations and product demos for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.

Requirements

• Location: East Coast US
• 10+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years as a solutions architect (or similar).
• Experience with multiple development languages and blockchain frameworks/SDKs (e.g., TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, Go) plus cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of institutional digital asset custody and security concerns for banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities.
• Proven pre-sales/solutions experience supporting enterprise sales cycles (scoping, proof-of-value, technical evaluations).
• Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001 expectations, API authentication, and secure deployment models.
