Manager, Legal Programs (Product)

Location: US Remote; compensation range applies to US-based candidates

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, with potential equity compensation

What you will do

• Design and launch scalable legal compliance programs covering scope, intake, workflows, responsibilities, service levels, tooling, and documentation.
• Map and improve legal and compliance processes by creating playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-service resources.
• Build knowledge repositories and guidance libraries with Marketing Compliance and Product teams.
• Operate marketing, advertising, CRM, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment compliance workflows.
• Coordinate intake, triage, stakeholder reviews, escalations, risk assessments, audits, and issue resolution across Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Privacy teams.
• Evaluate workflow automation and other tooling, implement improvements, and drive adoption of new programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or operations.
• Experience designing programs and processes from scratch, including intake, workflows, documentation, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain or vendor compliance, marketing or advertising compliance, or product regulatory compliance.
• Experience creating repeatable processes, playbooks, templates, and self-service resources.
• Strong cross-functional communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with program management, collaboration, ticketing, intake, tracking, and workflow automation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, digital health, pharmacy, or another regulated healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, FTC, FDA, or product-claim regulations.
• Experience with vendor due diligence, third-party risk, or supplier onboarding programs.
• PMP, CIPP, CIPM, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement certification.
