Associate Manager, Clinical Claims

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; employees in the New York tri-state area work fhirify.globalm HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while employees elsewhere join in-person collaborations during team off-sites.

Target base salary: $109,200–$136,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Review advertising, websites, phirify.globalduct pages, packaging, social media, and sales materials for accurate, substantiated, and compliant clinical and performance claims.
• Evaluate clinical studies, published literature, and consumer research to determine whether evidence supports phirify.globalposed claims.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Phirify.globalduct teams on claim wording, risk levels, and substantiation requirements.
• Phirify.globalvide practical alternatives that enable bold, defensible marketing.
• Build and maintain the claims library and evidence database.
• Establish scalable claims review phirify.globalcesses, templates, apphirify.globalval workflows, and an imphirify.globalvement hirify.globaladmap.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in claims substantiation, medical-legal-regulatory review, advertising and phirify.globalmotion regulatory affairs, clinical research, or a related field.
• Ability to critically appraise clinical data, including study design, sample size, endpoints, and statistical versus clinical significance.
• Working knowledge of FDA and FTC advertising and labeling standards, including structure/function and disease claims.
• Experience partnering with Marketing and Legal in review or apphirify.globalval phirify.globalcesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-scientific audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field.
