Sales Support Assistant (Spanish Language) (iGaming)

Location: Remote, Peru; candidates must be located in Latin America

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B client deals.
• Track onboarding and integration progress through daily reports and regular client monitoring.
• Coordinate communication between external clients and internal technical, compliance, legal, account management, and commercial teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition from business development and commercial teams to account management.
• Follow project management procedures, review project plans, and resolve project issues.
• Suggest improvements to increase process efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Latin America, with reliable internet connectivity
• English, Spanish, and Portuguese proficiency required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 tools, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and deliver under pressure in a remote multicultural environment.
