QA Engineer II - Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States; primarily remote with flexibility to come onsite as needed. Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $113,100–$180,900 per year.

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance across MSK's web applications and digital platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites with JavaScript-based frameworks, WebdriverIO, and emerging Playwright solutions.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for new features, bug fixes, and production releases.
• Use AI to build and maintain automated test suites more efficiently.
• Partner with product owners, designers, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and testing needs.
• Improve QA processes, automation roadmaps, test coverage, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on test automation.
• Experience using agentic AI to create or improve automated test suites.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based testing frameworks; WebdriverIO or Playwright experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
• Familiarity with regulated digital environments, HIPAA, accessibility standards, privacy regulations, and secure web applications.
