Quality Assurance Engineer IV (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $72,000–$87,000 per year, plus annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide testing feedback.
• Develop testing plans, scenarios, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Coordinate testing activities within a cross-functional development team.
• Perform exploratory, regression, system, and release testing.
• Identify, document, track, and maintain software defects and bug backlogs.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics responsibly to improve testing efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a technical background in translating requirements into testing scenarios.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and SQL queries.
• Experience testing ERP-type applications or systems.
• Ability to design, execute, and document manual and automated testing activities.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
