Configuration Engineer II (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Review, maintain, control, and release Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Procurement documentation.
• Manage engineering drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and other master engineering documents.
• Control master files and records in the Product Data Management system.
• Create and update Material Masters, Bills of Materials, and Change Masters in the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Manage CAD data promotion in Pro/Intralink and ensure consistency with released PDM data.
• Support engineering users through training, system assistance, and testing of new PDM, ERP, and engineering functionality.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Experience or capability in engineering documentation, configuration control, PDM, ERP, and CAD data processes.
• Must work from the Austin, Texas location; relocation is not available.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
