What you will do

• Lead system architecture, requirements definition, and product specifications for advanced semiconductor capital equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, controls, process, manufacturing, optics, and robotics engineering disciplines.
• Drive system integration, verification, validation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct technical risk assessments, root cause investigations, and reliability improvements.
• Support product development from concept through commercialization and manufacturing transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, physics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 10–15 years of engineering experience, including systems engineering or technical leadership; candidates with 5–10 years may be considered at a senior level.
• Experience developing complex semiconductor capital equipment, precision instrumentation, automation systems, robotics, or related high-technology products.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary integration across hardware, software, controls, and automation.
• Experience with requirements management, system architecture, product development processes, root cause analysis, and complex technical problem resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead technical teams without direct organizational authority.
