Consumer IT System Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Lincoln, Nebraska; currently open to candidates living within 30 miles of the Lincoln office. The standard schedule is a 24/16 in-office/work-from-home split for associates within the office radius.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Identify, triage, and resolve Tier 1 issues involving systems, processes, and business support.
• Analyze business systems and user needs, then translate requirements into functional specifications and work plans.
• Support system configuration and create letters for consumer loan back-office and client services teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and leadership to resolve routine and recurring issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for system functionality, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in consumer loan projects, cross-functional initiatives, training, and advanced analytics workshops.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of the Lincoln, Nebraska office; hybrid attendance is required under the standard schedule.
• Three to four years of experience in an analytical, student loan, technical, problem-solving, or project management role.
• Experience with database concepts and simple SQL queries.
• Experience with report-writing tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, decision-making, accuracy, prioritization, and project management skills.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
