Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A

What you will do

• Build and manage corporate budgets, forecasts, and headcount models with department leaders.
• Deliver monthly reporting, including variances to plan and forecast.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses supporting strategic investments and company initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting.
• Develop and implement standard FP&A processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with corporate accounting to improve budget and forecast visibility and support timely month-end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a rapidly growing environment.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems.
• Experience with AI.
