2028 PMCF Investment Banking Summer Analyst (M&A)

Location: United States offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.

Salary: $36.00 per hour.

PMCF is an investment bank affiliated with hirify.global that provides merger and acquisition services to middle-market companies across North America, Europe, and Asia.

What you will do

• Build financial models by entering historical information, forecasting future periods, and developing validated assumptions.
• Research industries and companies and analyze financial and operating data.
• Prepare selling documents, charts, visuals, financial data, and formatted presentation materials.
• Assemble, develop, and edit information requests, due diligence lists, confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, proposals, and management presentations.
• Support analytical and data-driven components of M&A transactions.
• Travel when required and work hours that may exceed a standard 40-hour week.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field at an accredited college or university.
• Completion of introductory accounting and finance courses.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong financial statement analysis, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required, subject to the stated bilingual exception.

• Prior accounting or finance-related internship experience.
