MBA Intern, Stewardship & Sustainability Summer 2027

Location: New York, NY; hybrid role. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $140,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and eligible benefits.

What you will do

• Support the integration of financially material sustainability factors into fundamental equity and credit research.
• Identify emerging environmental, social, and governance issues and enhance climate analysis tools and stewardship activities.
• Conduct research and develop thought leadership for client requests, presentations, media, and marketing activities.
• Support impact investing strategies by working with portfolio managers and research analysts on fundamental research and impact data.
• Contribute to impact measurement and reporting, valuation, stock selection, and related investment analysis.
• Use AI-enabled productivity tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent Master’s candidate graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or asset management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, creative, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in sustainable or impact investing, including familiarity with relevant frameworks and terminology.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or asset management.
