Maintenance Tech II (3rd Shift) + Sign On

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, United States; onsite, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Salary: Starting at $34.25 per hour, depending on experience. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform complex emergency, unscheduled, and scheduled repairs.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility and production equipment to OEM standards.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and operate motorized equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, document services, and report faulty operations or unusual conditions.
• Partner with leadership and the maintenance team to support internal customers and minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of facility maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of electrical repair experience.
• At least 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, on the overnight Sunday–Thursday schedule.
