What you will do

• Lead Right First-Time engineering activities by troubleshooting non-conforming dry gas seal designs.
• Provide technical input on the design, performance, procurement, manufacturing, and testing of sealing products for turbomachinery.
• Perform seal calculations covering leakage, heat generation, balance temperature, and flow rates.
• Analyze test data and ANSYS and CSTEDY results to investigate failed tests and testing anomalies.
• Lead root cause analyses, engineering changes, product enhancements, and customer-specific testing projects.
• Prepare technical reports and customer correspondence, support Operations, and train junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with rotating equipment, preferably turbomachinery.
• Broad knowledge of engineering sciences, materials, and modern manufacturing processes.
• Ability to review 2D and 3D CAD drawings and use Solid Edge.
• Project management skills and effective written and oral communication.
