Location: Latvia; hiring is extended across borders, with relocation support available.

hirify.global is a product company developing an iGaming sports betting software platform with risk management and omnichannel support for bookmakers.

What you will do

• Analyze sports and betting market performance in detail.
• Trade live and prematch betting events across different sports.
• Monitor and manage liabilities to mitigate risk.
• Follow trading procedures and handle trading-related issues.
• Respond to client queries and requests with effective solutions.
• Suggest improvements to trading performance and support product performance monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the sports betting industry, working in live or prematch trading.
• Strong mathematical skills and an understanding of algorithms.
• In-depth understanding of odds correlation between betting markets.
• Broad sports betting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including late evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
