Senior Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: Atlanta, United States; travel to customer locations of up to 40% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams of Solution Architects and Implementation Managers through enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Coordinate software development, integrations, infrastructure readiness, testing, training, and change management workstreams.
• Manage program scope, critical paths, risks, escalations, dependencies, and go-live milestones.
• Build partnerships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, lead governance forums, and provide executive project reporting.
• Align Product, Engineering, Customer, vendors, and partners around technical timelines and delivery objectives.
• Plan resources and provide operational guidance to cross-functional squads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience.
• Track record delivering large-scale enterprise SaaS or complex software implementations.
• Experience independently owning high-value enterprise accounts from scope validation through configuration and go-live.
• Strong risk management, complex problem-solving, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and managing technical dependencies with Product and Engineering.
• Ability to work in Atlanta and travel up to 40% to customer locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, supply chain, or consumer products.
• Exposure to RFID, IoT, or Auto-ID solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
