Field Implementation Coach - West Metro Michigan

Location: Must reside within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Metro West Sales Territory in Michigan within six months of starting, including Farmington Hills, Livonia, Southfield, and Waterford. The role is home-based but requires recurring face-to-face agent interactions, extended hours, and occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $80,600–$90,000 yearly, plus potential incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coach independent hirify.global agents and their teams on marketing and technology processes.
• Drive adoption of digital tactics, tools, new systems, and enterprise initiatives.
• Execute activations and deployments with sales leaders and other stakeholders.
• Provide integrated technology and system consulting for agents.
• Identify process gaps, recommend implementation tactics, and influence behavioral change.
• Support agents through face-to-face, video, and phone channels.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must live within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Metro West Sales Territory in Michigan within six months of starting.
• Understanding of insurance, agency operations, marketing systems, digital marketing, and agent workflows.
• Ability to learn web and non-web programs, analyze reports, and drive adoption of new processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
