Sr IT Administrator (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the United States. Employees cannot be hired from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine. The role requires a dedicated home workspace and approved high-speed wired internet with minimum 30 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and latency below 80 ms.

Salary: $108,696–$137,507 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary of $153,222 USD.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and provide production support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure users, roles, forms, notifications, workflows, Service Catalog items, reports, dashboards, and platform experiences.
• Support upgrades, patches, clones, plugin deployments, testing, releases, and post-release validation.
• Design workflow automation, integrations, reusable components, and custom or scoped applications.
• Develop capabilities across Strategic Portfolio Management, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Mentor administrators and partner with business, technology, security, architecture, and vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Six or more years of progressive ServiceNow administration, development, implementation, or consulting experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow in an enterprise production environment.
• Experience building catalog solutions, flows, scripts, integrations, reports, dashboards, and platform enhancements.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to lead technical work from requirements and design through testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Implementation certification or experience with SPM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, or SAM.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, ATF, source control, Platform Analytics, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or AI agents.
• ITIL Foundation certification and experience in a regulated, audited, or security-sensitive environment.
