Regional Asset Protection Director (Retail)

Location: Remote, United States; market-based role with an ideal residence in Boston, Philadelphia, or Upstate New York. Work location is Boston or surrounding New England cities.

Salary: $165,155–$184,585 annual base salary, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and maximize asset protection strategy across the Northeast region of stores.
• Drive inventory shrink results and reduce liability through safe work practices.
• Lead an additional function covering organized retail crime and safety, AP training and policy, or AP operations and implementation.
• Directly manage District Asset Protection Managers.
• Support the management of Store Asset Protection Partners through the district leadership structure.

Requirements

• Experience leading regional asset protection or loss prevention operations.
• Ability to manage district-level asset protection leaders and store-based teams.
• Ability to work remotely while being market-based in the United States.
• Ideal residence in Boston, Philadelphia, or Upstate New York.
